Mark Hall is officially a three-time Big Ten champion at 174 pounds. He defeated No. 1 seed Michael Kemerer of Iowa to claim his third-consecutive conference crown. Hall won the title with an 8-5 win. It was also a revenge spot for Hall as Kemerer previously defeated the Penn State star in their dual-meet showdown by a final of 11-6.

Hall took the match thanks to an exciting second period that saw him jump out to a 7-1 lead from which Kemerer simply couldn't fight back. Hall's balance and flexibility were truly on display in the third period as he held on for a huge win.

Hall finishes his pre-NCAA Tournament season with a record of 23-1 and continued to show why he'll go down as another all-time great Nittany Lion.

Next up, he will attempt to win his second individual national championship title. He won his first back in 2017 and lost title bouts in 2018 and 2019. Hopefully, we'll get the third round of Hall vs. Kemerer in a battle for a national championship.
