Did you hear the news? Penn State is the No. 4 team in the country according to the College Football Playoff committee. Does it mean all that much with huge games against No. 17 Minnesota and No. 1 Ohio State still on the schedule? No, it doesn't. Does that make it any less exciting? No, it does not!
